MaxxKonnect was born from decades of real-world broadcast engineering experience — and the realization that stations needed a partner who could deliver connectivity, engineering, and equipment under one roof.
Our Story
MaxxKonnect started as Bohn Broadcast Services — a hands-on broadcast engineering company built on the principle that stations deserve better technology partners. For years, our engineers built studios, installed transmitters, and maintained broadcast facilities across the country.
Along the way, we kept running into the same problem: stations needed reliable internet connectivity at their transmitter sites and studios, but the enterprise solutions on the market weren't built for broadcast. Audio would drop during network congestion. Remote sites had few options. And nobody was designing connectivity specifically for the unique demands of broadcast.
That realization sparked MaxxKonnect. We combined our engineering expertise with prioritized wireless connectivity and purpose-built hardware products to create something no other company offers: a single partner for connectivity, engineering, and equipment.
Today, MaxxKonnect serves broadcast stations nationwide — from small market operators to major broadcast groups — with the same hands-on approach that built our reputation.
